850ORDINANCE NO. Rso AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF UTILITY DEPOSIT TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA BEFORE UTILITY SERVICE BEGINS, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFORE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City of Edgewater, Florida shall require a utility deposit in the amount of $30.00 before water, sewer or garbage services are initiated to any property owner in the City of Edgewater, Florida. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, Florida at a special meeting of said Council held on the 24th day of September, 1973. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
