848ORDINANCE NO. 848 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING WILLIAM L. ROSS, JR, AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. WHEREAS, the Municipal Judge, WILLIAM L. ROSS, JR., has tendered his resignation for the above office of Municipal Judge of the City of Edgewater, Florida, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED By THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That William L. Ross, Jr. be and he is hereby terminated as Municipal Judge for the City of Florida, Said termination to be effective the 8th day of October, 1973. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Ordinance Number 812 is specifically repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a special meeting of said Council held on the 24th day of September, A.D. 1973. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
