836r ORDINANCE NO. 1i3� AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 768 AND PROVIDING FOR A SIX MONTH EXTENSION OF THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. WHEREAS, the Mike Caldwell Property in the City of Edgewater has been zoned R-R PUD by Ordinance Number 768 and WHEREAS, Mr. Caldwell is presently negotiating with a de- velopment company for the development of the following described property, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGE - WATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of Resort Residential Planned Unit Development (R-R PUD) shall be extended for a period of six (6) months past the termination date pre- viously established for this zoning classification. SECTION 2. That the property to which said extension is applied is more particularly described as follows: Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 2 T 18 S; R 34 E being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 2 T 18 S; R 34 E; thence S 0*06101" E along the W line of the said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, a distance of 472.0 feet for the Point of Beginning. Said Point of Beginning also being the SW corner of Lot 10, SILVER RIDGE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2 as recorded in Map Book 27. That the six (6) month extension of the zoning classification shall begin on August 7, 1973. SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION S. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 16th day of ill Iy , A.D. 1973. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
