831ORDINANCE NO. .831 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 779 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 784. SAID ORDINANCE NUMBER 779 BEING AND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATEING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1972 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1973 FOR THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Clerk of the City of Edgewater, be and she is hereby directed to appropriate such anticipated revenue as set forth in Section 1, herein to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof. ual SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 2nd day of July, A.D. 1973. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
