819ORDINANCE NO. 819 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 766, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY PROVISION IN SAID ORDINANCE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 766 is hereby amended by the addition of Section 13, said Section 13 to read as follows: SECTION 13. Penalty Provision If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any Section or sub -Section or any provisions of this Ordinance, said person, firm or corporation shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater, Florida. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shalltake effect retroactively to the 30th day of August, 1972,and immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 2nd day of April, A.D. 1973. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
