784ORDINANCE NO. 784
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
779 TO REFLECT ADDITIONAL ANTICIPATED
REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1972 AND ENDING
OCTOBER 31, 1973 AND APPROPRIATING SAID
ADDITIONAL ANTICIPATED REVENUES TO VARIOUS
ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section One (1) of Ordinance Number 779 is
amended to read "From Surplus Funds . . . . $33,000.00." Total
estimated income set forth in Section one (1) of Ordinance Number
779 is thereby amended to read "311,700."
SECTION 2. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance Number 779 is
amended to read "Emergency and Contingency . . . . $30,000."
Total estimated expenditures set forth in Section Two (2) of Ordinance
779 is thereby amended to read "311,700."
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full and
passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at a special meeting of the Council held on the 5th day of October,
A.D., 1972 and approved as provided by law. The second reading of
said Ordinance to be at the regular meeting of the City Council to be
held on October 16th 1972. The roll call vote of said Council being as --
