ORDINANCE NO. 76+
AN ORDINANCE SETTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED
FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY,
FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1973 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1974
TO THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE CITY BUDGET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following amount of monies are anticipated
to be collected from the sources of revenue of the City of Edgewater, Volusia
County, Florida, during the Fiscal year beginning October 1, 1973 and ending
September 30, 1974, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That from the aforesaid anticipated monies to be collect<d
from the sources of revenue as aforementioned, the same be and they are hereb,
appropriated to the following. purposes in the following amounts during the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 1973 and ending September 30, 1974, to -wit:

SECTION 3. That the City Cleric of the City of Edgewater, be and she is
hereby directed to appropriate such anticipated revenue as set forth in Section 1,
herein to the respective purposes set forth in Section 2, herein as and when the
above described and designated revenues are received and collected.
SECTION 4. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION S. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. ✓
The first reading of the above ordinance was read in full and passed by
vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting
of the Council held on the 4th day of September, 1973 and approved as provided
by law. The second reading of said Ordinance to be at the regular meeting of
the City Council to be held on the day of , 1973,
the vote of said Council upon roll call vote being as follows:
