754ORDINANCE NO. 754- AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING WILLIAM J. BUSSINGER AS REGULAR PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH HIS COMPENSATION FOR SUCH OFFICE, AND PROVIDING AS EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That William J. Bussinger be and he is hereby designated and appointed as a regular patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, with the duties and powers and responsibilities as are set forth and provided for under the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida and the Charter and Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Edgewater, Florida, to serve as such at the will of the City Council of said City. SECTION 2. That the said William J. Bussinger shall be paid the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 ($500. 00) Dollars per month, said appointment being effective retroactively to the 1st day of June, 1972. SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Thatthis Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida as a regular meeting of said Council held on the Sth day of June, A.D. 1972. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was ordered put upon final passage.
