915ORDINANCE NO. 915
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR INSTALLING, AND FINISHING
ALL CONCRETE WORK PURSUANT TO BID RECEIVED FROM
ROTUNDO MAINTENANCE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREFORE FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER'S GARAGE
PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the expenditure of funds is hereby directed
and authorized for installing and finishing all concrete work,
by the City of Edgewater, Florida. Said concrete work being more
particularly described as follows:
installing a floor slab 60' x 125'
x 6" thick with footers included;
furnishing and installing forms and
placing the anchors for the steel
building in accordance with the
manufacturersspecifications, work
to be completed in 15 climate
calendar days.
Said purchase being in the amount of Four Thousand Thirty Five
and no/100 ($4,035.00) Dollars. Said concrete work to be installed
by Rotundo Maintenance, 122 Dixwood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all other bids are hereby rejected.
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and
all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor
at second reading.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise
this Ordinance as required by law.
The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full
and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 13th
day of starch , 1975 and approved as provided by law.
