79-O-27ORDINANCE NO. 7 9- On R % AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 79-0-24 TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS IN THE AMOUNTS DESIGNATED THEREON; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council that there were clerical errors made in the amendment in Ordinance Number 79-0-24, and WHEREAS, the City Council has met at a Special Meeting held on September 12, 1979, to correct said clerical errors, and WHEREAS, the City Council at said Special Meeting reallocating. the funds originally located in the HUD 701 funds in the amount of $6,938.00 to be appropriated to the Road and Street Facilities to be used as necessary for cleanup operations caused by Hurricane David, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1.
