ORDINANCE NO. 79-0-24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1027 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA, BY CHANGING CERTAIN ITEMS OF ANTICI-
PATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES IN THE CITY
OF EDGEWATER'S BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1978 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1979; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR RESOLU-
TIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council of the
City of Edgewater, Florida, that the Budget of the City of Edge-
water, Florida, has to be amended regarding anticipated revenues
and expenditures during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1978,
and ending September 30, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held as required by law
concerning the amendment of the Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following anticipated sources of revenue
to be received by the City of Edgewater, Florida, during the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 1978, and ending September 30, 1979, are
hereby amended as reflected below:

City Clerk of
the City of Edgewater, be
and he is hereby directed to appropriate
such anticipated
revenue
as set forth in Section 1,
herein to the
respective purposes set
forth in Section 2, herein
as and when the
above -described and
designated revenues are received and collected.
SECTION 4. That all
Ordinances or
parts of Ordinances
and
all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith
be and
the same are hereby repealed.

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided
by law.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise
this Ordinance as required by law.
The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full
and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
day of �1979, and approved as provided by law.
