79-O-17ORDINANCE NO. % `j-o- I AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI- CATION ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, NOW KNOWN AS THE SEAHORSE TRAILER PARK, FROM ITS PRESENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF B-3 AND R-3 TO THE MH-IA ZONING CLASSIFICATION, WITH THE EXCEP- TION OF THE FRONT 145 FEET OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WHICH WILL REMAIN WITHIN THE B-3 ZONING CLASS- IFICATION REQUIRING VISIBLE SIGNS OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MH-IA ZONING CLASSIFICATION BY THE OWNER WITHIN ONE YEAR; PROVIDING FOR REVIEW AND APPROPRIATE ACTION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following described real property: Lot 16 and part of Lot 18, Assessor's Subdivision of the Sanchez and Sheppard Grants as shown on map in Map Book 3, Page 49, of the Public Records of Volusta County, Florida, presently known as the Seahorse Trailer Park, is hereby rezoned from its present zoning classification of B-3 and R-3 to MH-IA, with the exception of the front 145 feet of subject property which will remain in the B-3 zoning classification. SECTION 2. That the present or future owner of the property shall, within one year of the final adoption of this Ordinance, show visible signs of compliance with the requirements of the MH-IA zoning classification on that portion of the property which will be rezoned to MH-IA. In the event that there is a failure to comply with this section by the owner of the property, then this matter shall be referred to the Zoning Board for appropriate action. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. ADOPT�'D SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law. SECTION 5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this Ordinance as required bylaw. The first reading of the above Ordinance is read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 2 1 .off day of, 1979, and approved as provided by law. The second reading of said Ordinance to be at a meeting of the City Council to be held on the day of , 1979.
