Board (the "Board") on August 8, 2013 after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, r c ived
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being,not
being present, there upon finds as follows:

Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. You, John L. & Cynthia J. Peek will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a
fine of $75.00, and an additional fine of $50.00 per day for each day
the violation continues to exist past August 9, 2013 and for a lien to be
placed on the property if not satisfied by August 14, 2013.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above
described property and upon any other real property or personal
