The City Clerk read the notice which was published explaining
the purpose of this special meeting, being for the opening of
the bids received on the new water plant and modifications to
the present sewer plant. No action will be taken at this time,
formal action will be taken at a regular meeting of the City
Council on October 23, 1975.

the water treatment plant:

Mr. Fernandez made a few comments on the bids received.
Councilman Dietz made a motion that the bids be tabled and turned
over to the engineers for their recommendation to the Council,
being seconded by Councilman Cairnie. Upon rollcall vote said
motion CARRIED. Councilman Cairnie voting NO.
Councilman Dietz made a motion to adjourn, being seconded by
Councilman Cairnie. Upon roll call vote said motion CARRIED.
