No action will be taken at this time, formal action will be taken at a regular meeting of the City Council on October 23, 1975. Upon rollcall vote said motion CARRIED. Councilman Cairnie voting NO. Councilman Dietz made a motion to adjourn, being seconded by Councilman Cairnie.
