6:00 - 6:30 pm Open mingle to meet the candidates
6:30 -6:45 pm Each candidate will be given 5 minutes to outline their
goals and qualifications before the question and answer period begins
6:45 -7:35 pm Each candidate will have 3 minutes to answer 6
questions that will be provided by the moderator
7:35 -7:50 pm Closing -Each candidate will have 5 minutes to either
expand on any of previous questions or give a closing statement
7:50 - 8:00 pm Final open mingle to meet the candidates
