Katez Present Present Present Present Present Present Present Absent, Absent APPROVAL OF MINUTES NONE BILLS & ACCOUNTS NONE OFFICERS REPORTS NONE cor.1MUNI CATIONS NONE PROCLAMATIONS NONE RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION NO 465 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA,TO GIVE TESTIMONY IN BE HALF OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA AT A HEARING REQUESTED BY THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA, BEFORE THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR APPROVAL OF A GRADE CROSSING OF THE FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY NEAR THE SOUTHERN CITY LIMITS OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFORE. City Attorney Joseph Weaver read the Resolution in full. Councilman Bevel duly made a motion to adopt said resolution being seconded by Councilwoman Crigger. Upon roll call vote said motion CARRIED. \ Councilman Bevel asked if this resolution obligates the City of Edgewater in any way for anything. Mayor Armstrong stated no. City Attorney stated the purpose of this resolution is to render New Smyrna Beach City Officials support on obtaining a crossing. ORDINANCE NONE 1. .../ .-.' )' .. u o OLD BUSINESS Councilman Bevel duly made a motion authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids on the sewage treatment plant modification in accordance with plans and specifications approved under Enviromental Protection Agency file number C120415, bids to be sealed and returned by 7:30 P.M., Eastern Daylight Time, June 18, 1973 to the City Clerk, being seconded by Councilman Clinton. Upon roll call vote said motion CARRIED.
