A motion was made by Ed Corn, second by Alice Haldeman to approve the minutes of the

Code Officer Dan Koehler asked the Board to move agenda item B to the first case to be heard. A
Board Member requested to hear agenda item E. The Board agreed with the changes to the agenda.

Code Officer Dan Koehler presented the case to the Board. John Fantozzi of 116 Hill Ave.,
Orlando, FL was present and stated that he was the property manager but was not aware that his
client owned this property. Mr. Fantozzi stated that he has employed a local company to maintain
the property and that the fines will be paid and the property will be maintained.

Chairman Ben Wagner read the below listed cases and concluded with it appears after reviewing
these cases that no one was present for any of the cases just read. Pursuant to Section 10-348 and
10-345 subparagraph C 11 of the Code of Ordinances and the statement that appears on the
respective citation issued that failure to appear at the hearing means the alleged violator has waived
any right to contest the violation and that an order can be made for the maximum applicable
penalties that include but are not limited to administrative costs, fines, daily fines and liens. Since
however we have the benefit of the staff recommendations, the Board shall entertain motions and take
whatever actions are deemed appropriate.

approval of Ann Williams to the City Council for the vacancy on the Board. The

7. CODE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Code Officer Dan Koehler reported that for the month of February they had 73 new cases, 154 total
cases and 62 cases resolved.
