Board Discussion: Bylaws review Board Member Jennifer Reynolds advised that two items were omitted in the minutes: 1) Several of the bylaws are cited by the Municipal Code and we should not change and 2) suggested a special meeting to complete the bylaws. A motion was made by Nikki Hughart, second by Alice Haldeman, to approve as amended of the June 8, 2017 minutes. Pursuant to Section 10-348 and 10-345 subparagraph C 11 of the Code of Ordinances and the statement that appears on the respective citation issued that failure to appear at the hearing means the alleged violator has waived any right to contest the violation and that an order can be made for the maximum applicable penalties that include but are not limited to administrative costs, fines, daily fines and liens. BOARD DISCUSSION: BYLAWS REVIEW A motion was made by Alice Haldeman, second by Nikki Hughart, to accept the bylaw as is and submit to City Council for approval. CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT Code Officer Kevin Pogany presented the stats for Code Enforcement: 128 new cases, 194 working case and 116 resolved cases. 8. PUBLIC DISCUSSION None. 9.
