5. REPORTS
a. Events/Marketing Subcommittee Report
Mrs. Yancey shared that the Event/Marketing Subcommittee was formed with the goal of creating a
group of residents who can help spread the word about City events in a positive manner via social
media and provide feedback to City staff. Mrs. Yancey recommended pursuing the subcommittee
goal more informally on her own as more of a community liaison and reporting back to the RCS
Board. The Board agreed to assess sun setting the Event/Marketing Subcommittee in the Fall.
