McCall, Sr. Present Absent Absent Absent Absent Present Present Absent The recessed meeting was a continuation of the special meeting held on Wednesday, May 3, 1972, which was recessed for lack of quorum. The purpose of the meeting was to approve an Ordinance appointing Joseph E. Weaver as City Attorney and approving a Resolution authorizing Mr. Alfred Green, Attorney as special counsel for the City of Edgewater in the case of Harold Hall versus the City of Edgewater. Mayor Armstrong adjourned the meeting for lack of quorum and a special meeting for the same purpose was called for Friday, May 5, 1972, at 5:15 P.M. by the Councilmen under Section 18 of the City Charter.
