They were as follows:- Clifton Mosher Election Clerk Edward Mathis I-'!anda Smith Lilly A. Ewen Bertha Britain Rose C. Angers Troy Reynolds The Election Board canvassed the absentee ballots and the machine ballots. RESOLUTION Ne. 36 DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF EDGEltlA TER, FLORIDA, ON THE 3RD DAY OF l1ARCH, A.D. 1964. The above resolution was read in full by Attorney Clark and motion duly made by Councilman Cairnie this resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman Ridgdill and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the Recessed Meeting of the said Council held on the 4th day of March, A.D. 1964. The Roll Call Vote was as follows:- Councilman Siller Councilman Tingle Councilman Cairnie Councilman Ridgdill Mayor Armstrong Leave of Absence Absent Yea Yea Yea CANVASS OF ELECTION Results of the Election being as follows: Voted by Absentee Vote Voted at Election Total 5 834 839 Absentee Ballots Voted at Election Totals Yes 5 Yes 549 Yes 554 No 0 No 285 No 285 Mption duly made by Councilman Cairnie this canvass of election be accepted, seconded by Councilman Ridgdill and by vote CARRIED.
