SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLCRIDA HELD APRIL 2ND, 1965
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida
held April 2nd, 1965 was called to order by Mayor Dana T. Armstrong at
7:30 P.M. in the Mayor's Office.

The purposes of the meeting were as follows:
Open bids for electric generator
Open bids for new police car
Certification of Bids: Turned into the City Hall by 4:00 P.M. on April 2nd, 1965
the following bidders on the new Police Car: Nieburger Chevrolet and Watkins Ford
both of New Sll\YTIUl. Beach, Florida.
Turned into the City Hall by 7:30 P.M. on April 2nd, 1965
the follRwing bidders on the electric generator: Moody & Sons, Marine Industrial,
Central lectric Supply and Agricon.
The City Clerk read the follo"ring bids on the new police car

Motion duly made by Councilman Siller we reject all bids and re-advertise
and all bids must be in the City Hall by 4:30 P.M. on the 19th of April,
seconded by Councilman Cairnie and by vote CARRIED. The roll call vote was
unanimous.
The City Clerk read the following bids on the electric generator

Motion duly made by Councilman Cairnie we submi. t these bids to the Engineers
for their recommendation at the Monday Night meeting, seconded by Councilman Tingle
and by vote CARRIED. The roll call vote was unanimous.
