10-27-1967 - Special ,. u o o 6 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA HELD OCTOBER 27th, 1967. The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida held October 27th, 1967 was called to order by Mayor William H. Cairnie at 10:00 A.M. in the Mayor's office. The meeting was called by Mayor Cairnie for the following purposes: Pass a Resolution declaring the nominees for the office of Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Edgewater and providing for preparation and printing of ballots for said election. Witmeyer Present Present Present Absent Present Absent Present Present Present RESOLUTION NO. 200 DECLARING THE NOMINEES FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 7th, 1967 AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECTION. The above Resolution was read in full by City Clerk Elsie L. Ward and motion duly made by Councilman Bebbington this Resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman Lodico and passed by vote of the City Council at a Special Meeting held on October 27th, 1967. The roll call vote was unanimous. A statement from Fat Boy's Bar-B-Q in the amount of $18.16 for dinners for the poll workers in the Primary Election was presented for approval to be paid. Motion was duly:,made by Councilman Bebbington this bill be paid, seconded by Councilman Lodico and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida. The roll call vote was unanimous. There being no further business, motion was made by Councilman Bebbington that we adjourn and seconded by Councilman Mosher.
