" U The Regular Meeting of the Gity Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida was called to order by Mayor William H. Catrnie at 7:30 P.M. on November 6th, 1967. ROLL CALL Mayor William H. Witmeyer APPROVAL OF MINUTES Present Present Present Present Present Present Pre s e n t Present Present Minutes of the City Council meetings for the Regular Meeting on October 16 and Special Meetings on October 25 and 27 were pre- sented to each Councilman for his approval. Motion was duly made by Councilman Walls these Minutes stand approved as submitted, seconded by Councilman Bebbington and by vote CARRIED. On roll call vote all votes were yea except for Councilman Walls who abstained on the Minutes of the 25th and the 27th. The roll call vote was unanimous. OFFICERS REPORTS Certification of Posting dated October 17th. Certification of Posting dated October 26th. Certification of Posting dated October 27th. Clerk's Cash Statement for October, 1967. Budget Report for October, 1967. Police Report for October and the Year. Library Report for October and the Year. COMMUNICATIONS A letter was read from the American Legion, Edgewater Post #285 asking the City to furnish a wreath for the Veteran's Monument for the ceremonies on Veteran's Day, November 11th, 1967. Motion was duly made by Councilman Walls that the City present a wreath as requested, seconded by Councilman Lodico and by vote CARRIED. The roll call vote was unanimous. ORDINANCES None. RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 201 APPOINTING AN ELECTION CLERK, INSPECTORS AND A SPECIAL OFFICER FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA ON NOVEMBER 7th, 1967. The above Resolution was read in full by City Attorney Hall and upon motion duly made by Councilman Bebbington this Resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman Walls and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the regular meeting of said Council held November 6th, 1967.
