The minutes ef the regular moeting and organization mooting held November 9, 1949
and the special meetings held November 14th and 2lst,1949 were read. After
correction by Councilman KUhlhoff,Councilmnn Todd meved theso minutes be anproved ,
as read, seconded by Councilman Kuhlhoff and by vote declarod CARRIED.

Councilman Kuhlhoff moved those bills exoopt that of Hull,Landis,Graham
be approved as read, paid and be made part of these minutes,soconded by
nnn Todd and by voto declared CAT?H.IED.
CO.uncilman Kuhlhoff moved that $ 1000.00 bo paid on aocount to Hull,Landis,Graham
& l!'rench,on objection of Councilman Todd ,Councilman Kuhlhoff ammended his motion
to $ 500.00 on account, seconded by Councilman Todd and by vote declared CARRIED.
In reply ot an inauiry Attornoy French stated that tho suit now in tho Circuit
Court would cost.approximatel:'l .$ 500.00 and if carriod to the Supromo Court it
vlOuld probably cost ~ 750.00 moro. Counc ilrrnn Kuhlhoff asked if this cost would be
added to the cost of the distribution systom for roimbursomont by tho Florida
~ow~r & Light Co. Attornoy Pronch roplied that ho oould not.say.

COMMUHICATIONS.
Lotters from John C. Muilmnn find B. F. Griggs Jr. in approval of tho motorcycle
officor on tho highway and Haward A. Smith 'and Robort R. Cartor approving tho
romoval of tho officor from tho highway woro road.
Mr.Frank Kiep requested tho privilage of presonting two potitions,ono protosting ,
against tho romoval of G.C.Spargo Town Clerk, J.Compton French Town Attornoy,
D..A.Thomas Mnrshal and J.M.Wood ~troot Suporvisor,the othor protosting the romoval
of officor ~die from the highwny. Mr.Kiep said ho had a of explanation in regard
to those petitions and would then ask Mayor Fuller wh~ officor was ~omoved from
the highwny without a h0aring. Mayor FUller attempted to interrupt Mr.Kiep.
.{.r. Kiep snid that Mayor Fuller should listen to him and ten he would listen to
Mayor Full~r. Mr. Kiep was then declared out of order and requested to sit down.
~s Mr.Kiep was not inclined to do this,Sheriff Gnlbroath escorted him from tho
Hall.

Councilman Todd moved that tho potitions presented be acoeptod and laid on tho
table until tho Clerk could oheck the number of tax payers to detormine if 50%
or more had signed these petitions,seconded by ~~yor-Councilmnn Fuller and by
vote declared CARRIED. .
ORDINANCES.
Council reouestod Attorney French to draw up an amendment te ordin~nce Ho.172
eliminnting the name ef the offioor and the motorcycle.
Councilman Todd moved that ordinance No.163 be repealed, seconded by Counoilman
Kuhlhoff and by vete declared CARRI~. This ordinance applys to trash collection.
Councilm~ Kuhlhoff mevod that the Tovm officers namely,Clork G.C.Spargo,
Attorney J.Compten French, Marshal D.A.Tho~~s and Street Supervisor J.M.Weod be
appo inted' for tho ensu ing year, secended by Mayor-Counc ilrn~n Fuller and by Vote
declered CARRIED.
Councilm~n Kuhlhoff moved that we do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman Todd
and by vote declared CARRIED. TIME: 9130 P. M.
