SPECIAL MEETING OF THE &OwTI COUNCIL OF THE TOvlli OF
EDGEWATER,FLORIDA HELD IN THE TO\\~ HALL MAY 26, 1950.
Meeting called to order at 5:00 P. M. by Mayor-Councilman Fuller
ROLL CALL.
Mayor-Councilman E. P. Fuller Present.
Counci~man H. O. Kuhlhoff Present.
Councilman W. L. Todd Present.
Clerk G. C. Spargo Present.
Mayor-Councilman Fuller explained that the meeting was called for the purpose of
discussing the purchase of much need equiptment for the To\VTI of Edgewater.
Af~er much discussion of the merits and prices of the equiptment the Council
proceeded to take action towards the purchase of this equiptment.
Councilman Todd moved that the Clerk contact the Florida-Georgia Tractor Co.
in regards to the purchase of a Gledhill Road Shaper,seconded by Councilman
Kuhlhoff and by vote CARRIED.

Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that the Clerk purchase an Underwood typewriter at a
cost of $121.09 from Genrge Stuart Inc. and an addind machine at a cost of
$193.50 from Florida Business Equiptment Co.,seconded by Councilman Todd and by
vote CARRIED Mayoe-Councilman Fuller Yes
Councilman Kuhlhoff Yes
Councilman Todd Yes.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that the Town of Edgewater purchase a Model L-162
International truck from the Volusia Truck & Tractor Co. at a cost of $2432.00
and to have 24in. sides and ends for the flat body, secmnded by Councilman Todd
and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Todd moved that we do now
and by vote CARRIED.
