The minutes of the regular meeting held May 24, 1950, and the special meeting he:
held May 26, 1950 were read. Councilman Kuhlhoff moved they be approved as read,
seconded by Councilman Todd and by vote CARRIED.

Clerk reported that a new controller was needed for the traffic light to re -
place the one now in use sa it is in need og repairs. Council instructed the
Clerk to purchase a new controller.
Attorney Hawkins reported ~~at the suit of Attorney Harvey in regards to the
consolidation of the County and Municipal tax agencies was to have a,hearing
on Jun~, 1950. Also that he was going to file motions in the injunction
suit, 0 that he had a letter from Attorney Crofton that as there was to be
a family reunion during the weeks of June 19 and 26, he would appreciate it .
if any action in thms case could be posponed until July 3, 1950.
Clerk read his cash statement and budget report for the period May 1st to 31st.
Councilman Todd noted an omission in the cash statement. Clerk to correct
statement and present at the next meeting of the Council.
