SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TO\VN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA, HELD IN THE TOWN HALL SEPTEMBER 10, 1951, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PREPARING THE BALLOT BOX FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION
SEETEMBER 11, 1951 AND SUCH OTHER BUSINESS AS MAY COME BEFORE IT.

Whereupon Ballot Box #3 was locked and seald by the Council and the oaths of
custodian of theballot box and the keys thereof was administered to,:Mrs Florence
B. Swiney.
The oath as 61erk and inspertors of election was administered to Mrs. Florence B.
Swiney, Mrs. Vera J. McLane, Mrs Olive Parker and Mrs Ethel E. Lear. These oaths
are attached and made part of these minutes.
There being no further business Councilman Friedley moved we do now adjourn,
seconded by Councilman Gibbs and by vote CARRIED. TIME 7:50 P. M.
