The minutes of the regular meeting held on September 12,1951, and ,the special meeting held September 17, 1951, were read. Councilman Gibbs moved these minntes be approved as read, seconded by Councilman Friedley and by vote CARRIED. BILLS AND ACCOUNTS. The following bills were read; Edgewater Motors Edgewater Truck Stop Southern Bell Tel. & Tel. Co. City of New Smyrna geach Hall Machine Shop Bane's Auto Service Terry Sargent Councilman Friedley moved these bills be approved as read, paid and be of these minutes, seconded by Councilman Gibbs and by vote CARRIED. 29.69 15.35 20.9~ 103.73 .85 7.50 50.00 made part ORDINANCES. Ordinance No. l,entitled; AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING ANu RATIFYING ALL ORDINANCES OF THE TOHN OF EDGEWA TER, FLORIDA AND ~,1AKING THEM AND EACH OF TH@'1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Zdgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 26th day of September A. D. 1951. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the requirements of reading said ordinance upon s.econd reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage, Passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 26th day of September A. D. 1951, and approved as provided by Law, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows: Mayor-Councilman Councilman Councilman Fuller Friedley Gibbs Yes. Yes. Yes. \.., ., v v ~ Ordinance No.2: entitled; AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION HEREOF. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 26th day of September A. D. 1951. Upon motion dgly made, seconded and unanimously carreid, the requirement of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ( -'I ordered put upon final passage. Passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at ~a regular meeting of said Council held on the 26th day of September A.
