SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE

Meeting called to order at 5:10 P. M. by Mayor-Councilman E. P.
Fuller.

Mayor-Councilman Famler stated the meeting was called for the purpose
of passing Ordinances amending certain sections of Ordinances 130
and 75.
ORDINANCES.
AN ORDINANCE, NO. 185 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8
OF ORDINANCE NUMB~R 130 OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote
of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a special
meeting on the 29th day of May, A.D. 1951.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the require-
ment of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the
ordinance was ordered put upon its final passage.
Passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edge-
water, Florida at a special meeting of said Council held this 29th
day of May, A.D. 1951, and approved as provided by law, the vote of
said council on roll call being as follows:
Mayor-Councilman Fuller.

ARTICLE 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 75 OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote
of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a special
meeting on the' 29th day of May, A.D. 1951.
