RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
SPECI.~ ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF EDGEW.ATER,
FLORIDA, ON THE 22ND OF MAY , A. D. 1951, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF
ELECTION TO THE TOWN OFFICER CHOSEN AT SAID
ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COliNC IL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That from the canvass of the Returnee, it is hereby
declared that the result of the Special Election held in the
Town of Edgewater, Florida, on May 22, 1951, is as follows:
FOR TOWN COUNCILMAN TO SERVE FOR THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF H. O.
KUHLHOFF, WHO HAS RESIGNED FROM THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMAN:

SECTION 2. That the Town Council of said Town does hereby
deolare that received the
highest number of votes cast for the office of Town Councilman
for the unexpired term of H. O. Kuhlhoff, who has resigned from
the office of councilman, and is hereby declared the regularly
elected Town Councilman of said Town to serve for the remainder
of said term or until his successor shall be duly elected and
qual ified.

SECTION 3. That the Town Clerk of said Town be and he is

, hereby directed to furnish one certificate of election to
within one day
from the date of the passage of this Resolution.
