M. by Mayor-Councilman E. P. Ful;Ler. ROLL CALL. Mayor-Councilman E. P.. Fuller Present. Councilman R. T. Friedley Present. Clerk G. C. Spargo Present. Attorney A. E. Hawkins Absent. Police Officer W. H. Norman Present. Street Supervisor J. M. Wood Present. READING OF MINUTES. The minutes of the regular meeting held March 28, 1951 were read, Councilman Friedley moved they be approved as read, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED. BILLS AND ACCOUNTS. The following bills were read: J.E. Tumblin Southern Bell Tel & Tel Co. Christy's Service Station Edgewater Motors Colee's Iron Works Owens Bros Brewers Atr Service J. O. Birch Jess Mathas Clerk Circuit Court E. Bane Edward Kiep Frank Kiep William T. McGinnis G. C. A letter was received from the New Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce to the Mayor and Council of Edgewater, asking them to reconsider thier refusal to participate in the advertising program. Council decided tm lay this on the table for further consideration. Councilman Friedley moved that Lots 4 & 5 Block C. Sec.2, Highland Shores Sub. owned by Joe G. Watkins and lot 8, Palmetto Park Sub owned by the Mary Shurr Est, be declared a fire hasard and that the Clerk notify them that these lots must be c cleared pursuant to Ordinance No. 177, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
