RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, DULY AND
LEGALL Y ORGANIZED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
LAW APPLICABLE THERETO.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida,
and the Ordinances of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, one
councilman was duly elected as provided by law for the Term of
~hree years, at the special election held in said Town on
Tuesday, March 20th, 1951,
Raymond T. Friedley
being
elected for the unexpired term of Councilman W.L. Todd, who
has previously resigned, AND WHEREAS Raymond T. Friedley
has duly taken and subscribed the oath of office and has
filed same in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town, and
has done and performed all other requisites for the holding
of said office.
AND WHEREAS the said Town Council and each of the new members
thereof have performed all of their duties necessary for the
legal creation of said Council for the ensuing year, NOW,
THEREFO RE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN 'OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
That the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida,
consists of the following three members, E. P. Fuller

H. O. KUhlhoff
Raymond T. Friedley
,
and the said Council is hereby declared to be legally and
regularly constituted and ?rganized as such, to function
and perform its duties under and by virtue of the provisions
of law of the State of Florida, and Charter and Ordinances of

said Town, pertaining thereto, for and during their
respect ive terms of office, and the said Town Council
be and it is hereby declared to be and oonsist of the
above named Counoilmen.
It was moved that the above and foregoing Resolution
introduced by Councilman

and movedby
him accordingly

be adopted, which motion Was duly seconded

and upon a Roll
taken the said Resolution was duly declared
adopted at the official organization meeting of said Council
held the 21 day of March, 1951, the vote of said
