RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMINEES FOR THE
OFFICE OF TOWN COONC ILUAN OF THE TOWN OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, TO BE ELECTED AT THE
SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION TO BE HELD MARCH 20th,
1951, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARAT-ION AND
PRINT ING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECT ION.
WHEREAS, Petitions have been filed with the Town Clerk of the
Town of Edgewater, Florida, to have the name of Raymond
T; Friedlev
placed on the ballot at the
Special Town Election to be held on March 20th, 1951, for the
offioe of member of the Town Council of said Town for the
unexpired term of Councilman W. L. Todd, who has resigned
from the office of Councilman, and
WHEREAS, The said Petitions are in proper order and <are signed.
by the requisite number of qualified electors in said Town; NOW
THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COONC IL 0 F THE TOWN 0 F EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the namep of
T. Freidley
Raymond
shall be plaoed on
official ballot as nominee for the office of Town Councilman
of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, for the unexpired term of
Councilman W. L. Todd, who has resigned from the office of
Councilman, and the said Raymond T. FriedJey
is~;; hereby declared to be duly nominated
for said office, to filled at the special Town Election to be
held on said 20th day of March, 1951.
SECTION 2. That there shall be printed 1'QOb official ballots
with two stubs at the top, with perforations so that both may 1:8
readl1y torn from the ballot, upon unglazed white paper, for the
use of the qualified electors in the speciial Town Election
aforesaid, and that the said official ballot shall be in sub-
