Meeting called to order by Mayor-Councilman E. P. Fuller at 2:45 P. M.

Councilman Kuhlhoff moved these bills be approved as read, paid and be made part
of these minutes, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that W. E. Swoope Jr. proceed to locate and mark streets
and make new map of gdgewater, as outlined in hisxletter to the Town Council datea
December 8, 1950, seconared by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that Attorriey Hawkins be instructed to draw up a gill
to be presented qt the next session of the Legislature giving the Town of Edge-
water a special vharter, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that th~ Clerk writ the State Read D~partment and ask
them to mark double lines on the highway for iOOO feet north and south of Park Ave
seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that the Clerk write New Smyrna Beach and notify them
that the differential between the old and new rate for street liEots should have
been included in the rebate ofeof 6% retroactive to June 1, 1950, also that a
statement of the current consumed, amount paid and the 6% kickback, be furnished
the town of Edgewater, each month, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote
Carried.
Oouncilman Kuhlhoff move that the Clerk contact fl. K. Saxon and request him to
to meet with the Council as soon as possible in regard to the River road, seconded
by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Instructed the Clerk to write the Mexican Petroleum Co at Tallahassee
Florida for full information on the use of Asphalt on shell roads.
Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that we d& now adjourn, seconded b~Mayor-Councilrnan and
