Councilman Kuhlhoff moved these minutes be approved as read, seconded by Mayor-Councilm~n Fuller and by vote CARRIED. Mayor-Councilman Councilman Councilman Fuller Kuhlhoff Todd Yes Yes. Absent. Spargo 1.00 Councilman Kuhlhoff moved these bills be approved as read, paid and be made part of these minutes, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED. Mayor-Councilman Councilman Councilman Fuller Kuhlhoff Todd Yes Yes Absent REPORTS OF OFFICERS. Clerk read his cash statement and budget report for the period Novembe"r 1st to 30th, 1950. Attorney Hawkins reported the decision of the Supreme Court upholding the refer- endumon the consolation of t~e County and Municipal tax assessors and collectors offices. Marshal Thomas again brought to the attention of the Council the violation of the building ordinance by T. D. Peyton. After some discussion Council instructed the Clerk to write Mr. Peyton and request" him to make an appointment, at his conven- ience, with the Council to try to reach a satisfactory settlement of this matter. ~ I ~ ~ J v . v .. COMIviUNICA TIONS. Clerk read a letter from W. E. Swoope Jr, in reference to locating streets and making a new map of Edgewater also cost of this work. Council decided to take no action until they received more detailed information. NEW BUSINESS. Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that the application of J. G. Barrow to keep Bees be granted and a permit be issued to him, seconded by Mayor Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED. Mayor-Councilman Fuller Yes Councilman Kuhlhoff Yes Councilman Todd Absent.
