M. by Mayor-Councilman E. P. Fuller. ROLL CALL. Mayor-Councilman E. P. Fuller Present. Councilman H. O. kuhlhoff Present. Councilman W. T Todd Present. L. Clerk G. C. Spargo Present. :rv~arshal D. A. Thomas Present. The call for the meeting was read in full, this is attached and made part of thesE minutes. Clerk reoprted that ~etitions had been filed to place the names of Edwin P.Fuller and Robert G. Rein wald on the ballot at' the Town election to be held on ( November 7, 1950. Clerk further reported that each petition was signed by twenty-five or more qualified electors and was otherwise in proper legal form. Councilman Kuhlhoff moved that the names of Edwin P. Fuller and Robert G. Reinwald be placed on the Official Ballot, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller .and by vote CARRIED Mayor-Councilman Fuller Yes Councilman Kuhlhoff Yes Councilman Todd Absent. Councilman Kuhlhoffmoved that 900 official ballots and 450 speciman ballots be printed, seconded by Mayor-Councilman Fuller and by vote CARRIED. ORDINANCE No. 180, entitled; AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AS THE TO\VN OF EDGE\vATER ABSENTEE VOTING ORDINANCE, THE LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, AND PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 101, FLORIDA STATUTES 1949, ALSO KNOwTI A3 SECTION 101.12 and 161.19 FLORIDA STATUTES ANNOTATED, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. ' The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a special meeting on the 18th day of October, A. D. 1950. Upon Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the requirement of read- ing said ordinance upon seconded reading was waived, and this Ordinance was ordered put upon its final passage. Passed by by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, at a special meeting of said Council held this 18th day of October, A. D. 1950, and approved as provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows: Mayor-Councilman Fuller Yes Ma Council~an Kuhlhoff Yes Councilman Todd Absent. RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMINEES FOR THE OFFICE OF TOWN COUNCIil/lAN OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, TO BE ELECTED AT TIlE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 7th, 1950, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECTION. This Resolution was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the To'vn Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, at its meeting held on the 18th day of October, A.
