Wood Present Present Present Absent Absent Present Present Present Present The minutes of the regular meeting of the Council held February 13, 1952 were read. Councilman Haughton moved that these minutes be ap- proved as read, seconded by Councilman Gibbs and by vote CARRIED. BILLS AND ACCOUNTS. City of New Smyrna Beach John E. Chisholm Si &. RESOLUTIONS. A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO ~ILL VACANCIES CREATED BY RESIGNATIONS. The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Gibbs who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Haughton; and upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meet~ng of said Council held the 27th day of February, A. D. 1952, the vote of said Council on said roll call being as follows: Mayor-Councilman R. T. Friedley Councilman J. H. Gibbs Councilman'H. L. Haughton UNFINISHED BUSINESS. Yes Yes Yes An "Application for Business, Occupational or Professional License" submitted by Morris A. Relyea was presented to the Council. As Mr. Relyea was not present at the meeting, and two members of the Council were absent, Mrs. Relyea requested that the application be held for action until the next meeting. MISCELLANEOUS Councilman Haughton reported that the dead end at the southern part of Riverside Drive was causing quite a lot of confusion, as there is no sign to designate that the street is a dead end south of Boston Road. Councilman Gibbs moved that a sign be erected, seconded by Councilman Haughton and by vote CARRIED. '" L, ~ v J A general discussion was held about the advisability of erecting a fishing dock now, when spoilage will be available due to the river dredging. Mayor Friedley said the Council would take it into consideration very soon. There being no further business, Councilman Gibbs moved we do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman Haughton and by vote CARRIED.
