Councilman Fuller moved that the minutes be approved as read, seconded by . Councilman Gibbs and by vote CARRIED. BILLS AND ACCOUNTS The following bills were read: Florida League of Municipalities J. REPORTS OF OFFICERS The Clerk read the Cash Statement and Budget Report for the month of December, 1951. ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NUMBER NINE ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2, 7 and 10 OF ORDINANCE NU~rnER EIGHT OF THE CrTY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA. ~4 The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 9th day of January, 1952. Upon motion duly made by Councilman Shaeffer, seconded by Councilman Haughton and unanimously carried, the requirements of reading said ordinance upon sedond reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. .. ~ u u \...J Passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Council 9th day of January A. D. 1952, and approved as provided of said Council on roll call being as follows: Mayor-Councilman Friedley Councilman Fuller Councilman Shaeffer Councilman Gipps Councilman Haughton 6ity of held on the by Law, the vote Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes ~\D ORDINANCE NUMBER TEN ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING PREREQUISITES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF AN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR FORTUNE TELLERS, PALMISTS, ASTROLOGISTS OR OTHER OCCUPATIONS PROFESSING TO FORESEE, PREDICT OR RECALL FUTURE OR PAST EVENTS BY ANY PHYSICAL OR SPIRITUAL MEANS IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SAME. The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting on the 9th day of January, A. D. 1952. Upon motion duly made by Councilman Euller, seconded by Councilman Shaeffer and unanimously carried, the requirements of reading said ordinance upon second reading was waived and the ordinance was ordered put upon final passage. It was moved by Councilman Fuller and seconded by Councilman Haughton that the above and foregoing Resolution be adopted by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, and be spread upon and made part of the minutes of this meetirg held the 9th day of January, 1952.
