At this point business of tre meeting was suspended that Mr. Robert-
son might read the Audit Report for the year 1950-1951.

The minutes of the reg-ualr meeting held October 24, 1951 and the the
special meetings held NoveITber 5 and November 7, 1951 were read.
Councilman Friedley moved these minutes be accepted, seconded by
Council man Gibbs, am by vote CARRIED. .

Councilman Gibbs moved these bills be approved as read, paid ani be made
a part of these minutes, seconded by Councilman Friedley, and by vote
CARRIED.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS
Clerk Spargo read his budget report and cash statement for the period
October 1 to 31, 1951.
The Clerk opened the envelope containing the official election re-
turns and read the result of the special election held November 6, 1951.
This return is attached and made part of these minutes.

RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE R~SULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD
IN THE CITY OF ED Gt:WA T~R, FLORID A, ON THE 6th DAY OF NOVEIv:BlER,
A.D. 1951, AIID PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF
ELECTION TO THE CITY OFFICERS CHOSEN AT SAID ELECTION.
It was moved by Councilman Friedley and seconded by Councilman Gibbs,
that the above and foregoing resolution be adopted by the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, and be spread upon and
made a part of the minutes of this meeting held the 14th day of
November, 1951. The motion carried, the result of the vote of the
Council being as follows:
Mayor-Councilman Fuller Yes
Councilman Friedley Yes
Councilman Gibbs Yes
This Resolution is attached and made a part of these minutes.
Councilman Friedley moved we do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman
Gibbs and by vote CARRIED.
