READING OF MINUTES.
The minutes of the regular meeting held September 26, 1951 were read. Councilman
Friedley moved these mmnutes be approved as read, seconded by Councilman Gibbs
and by vote CARRIED.

Councilman Gibbs moved these bills be approved as read, paid and be
these minutes, seconded by Councilman Friedley and by vote CARRIED.

A letter was read from the Edgewater Fire Department. No action to be taken on thil
matter until the new Council is elected at the election to be held in November.
NEW BUSINESS

Councilman Fri~ley_:~oved a special,meetingibe held on October 17, 1951, for the
purpose of receiving petition of candidates to place the names on the ballot for
Cit1 Councilman to be elected at the Election November 6, 1951, seconded by
Councilman gibbs and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Friedley move we do now adjourn,seconded by vouncilman Gibbs and by
vote CARRIED. TIME 8:00 P. M:
