dollars ($50.00) plus any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount of
seven (7) % per annum from the date this Iien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other liens on such property
except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity with the lien of such state, county and
