As a result of a false alarm that occurred on October 1, 2022 at (lie above -listed address, the City became
aware of failure to acquire an alarm permit, therefore, the City hereby claims the amount of FIFTY AND 001100
dollars (550.00) plus any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount of
seven (7) % per annum from the date this lien is filed. Stich lien shall be prior to all other liens on such property
