SPECIAL ~lliETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA,
HELD APRIL 16th, 1956.
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, held April 16th, 1956 was called to order by Mayor
George O. Sedgwick at 2: P.M.

The purpose of the meetinf was to go over Contract on purchase
of Water Revenue Certificates submitted by T. R. Alcock & Co.
Mr. Leedy of Leedy Wheeler & Alleman was present, also Mr.
Wild of Briley, Wild Associates, Engineers.
Mr. Wild filed a revised Engineers report with Mayor Sedgwick.
The contract was read and discussed by paragraphs. The follow-
ing changes were sugfested:-
Paragraph 1 Change from Plan #3 to Water Project.
Page 4 - (b) Change from 150% to 135% net revenue available
for dept service.
Page 4 - (c) Change from 60 Hydrants to 57 Hydrants.
Page 5 - Change availability of Utility Tax from June 1st,
1956 to November 1st, 1956.
And provide for the issue of future parity bonds when water
revenues for prior twelve months plus engineers estimate of
additional revenues from extentions equal a coverage of 150%
of debt service of the combined issues.
A long distance call was placed with Mr. Alcock at Boston and
a confirmation of these changes were approved by telegram.
There being no further business Councilman Friedley moved we
do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman Farrell and by vote CARRIED.
