As the result of SEVEN (7) false alarms occurring June 5, 2022 (10:03am), August 6, 2022 (9:24pm),
August 13, 2022 (11:58pm), October 22, 2022 (10:01 pm), October 30, 2022(9: I4am), November 6, 2022
(3:51 pm), and November 13, 2022 (3:46pm), the City hereby claims the fine amount of ONE HUNDRED and
00/100 dollars ($100.00) plus any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the
amount of eight (8) % per annum from the date this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other liens on such
property except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity with the lien of such state,
county and municipal taxes.
