in the amount of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT and 69/100 dollars ($368.64) plus
interest, filing fees, and any other costs incurred by the City, said Lien being recorded in Official
Records Book 8397, Page 1545 ofthe Public Records of Volusia County, Florida. The City does hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction thereof and hereby consents that the same shall be
discharged and satisfied of record.
