OFFICERS REPORT The Clerk read the Clerk's Cash Statement and the Budget Report for the month of March, Also the Librarian's report for the month of March. The above Ordinance was read in full and motinn made by Councilman John for its adoption, seconded by Councilman Seng and passed by the vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a Begular meeting on the 8th day of April, A. D. 1957. Huyck engaging in the business of selling Boats, Motors, and Marine Equipment at the old Meyers Boat Works. She was informed that this had been brought before the Council before and had been O.K.'d at that time. Mr. Huyck to be informed of this action on 'l'yesday. At this point the meeting was opened to the Citizens for discussion on any subject. Several Citizens present complained about the City Dump. Mayor Washburn advised then that garbage had been picked up today and all in trenches and covered up and the same would be done Friday. The suit against the City is set for hearing on I'Jednesday morning at 8:30 P.N. in Judge vfingfield's Court in Deland and Attorney Brannon was to defend the City. There being no further business Councilman Farrell moved we do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman Seng and by vote CARRIED. Time 8:40 P.M.
