Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-67, Code of Ordinances, City of Edgewater, Florida, a lien
against the following described real property located in V01uSia County, Florida is hereby created in favor
of the City of Edgewater:

PER OR 8114 PG 4963 (Location: 1908 HOLLYBROOKE RD, EDGEWATER FL
32141) Parcel 9 8438-10-00-0640.
The recoi-d owner is JEANVILMA, DELSON & AMANDA, 1908 HOLLYBROOKE RD,
EDGEWATER FL 32141.
As a result of a false alarm that occurred on April 2, 2023 at the above -listed address, the City
became aware of failure to acquire an alarm permit, therefore, the City hereby claims the amount of FIFTY
AND 00/100 dollars ($50.00) plus any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest
in the amount of seven (7) % per annum from the date this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other
liens on such property except the lien of state, County, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity with the
lien of such state, county and municipal taxes.
