RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMITNEES
FOR THE OF1''ICE OF TOWN COUNCILMAN
0]' THE TOWN OF B:DGEWATER, FLORIDA
TO BE ELECTED AT THE ANNU.AL TOWN
ELECTION TO BE HELD NOV~~BER 2, 1948,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION
AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELEC-
TION.
~~EREAS, Petitions have been filed with the Town Clerk of
the Town of Edgewater, Florida, to have the name of
Harr~ B. Garman, Honrv O. Ku~lhoff and Hownrd B. R~nkQn
placed on the ballot at the Annual To~m Election to be
held on November 2, 1948, for the office of member of the
To~m Oouncil of said Town for the term beginning November
2, 1948; and
WHEREAS, The said Petitions are in proper order and are
signed by the requisite number of qualified electors in said
Tovm; NOW THERB:FORE:
BE IT RESOLVB:D BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATB:R,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the names of
H:n'ry B. G~rmnn,
HQnr~ 0 Kuhlhoff and Howard B. Rankon
shall be placed on
official ballot as nominee for the office of Town Oouncilman
of the To~m of Edgewater, Florida for the term beginning
November 2, 1948, and the said H~rr~ B. Garmun. Henry O. Kuhlhoff
,.and Howard B. RQ.:oken ,l~ hereby declared to be
duly nominated for said office, to be filled at the Annual
Town Election to be held on said 2nd day of November, 1948.

SECTION 2. That there shall be printed 800
official
ballots, with two stubs at the top, with perforations so
that both may be readily torn from the ballot, upon unglazed
white paper, for the use of the qualified electors in the
annual Town Election aforesaid, end that the said official ballot
shall be in substantially the following form:

This Resolution was read in full and passed by the unanimous
vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at
its meeting held on the 13th day of OctobQr
