THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD IN THR:: TOWN OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, ON THE 22ND DAY OF
JUNE, A. D. 1948, AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ISSU.ANCE OF CERTIFICATE 0]' ELEC-
TIONCTO THE: TOWN OFFICER CHOSEN AT
SAID ELECTION.
VvRE:REAS, the Tovm Council of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida, met in an Official Organization Meeting as required
by law end by t he Ordinances of said Town on the 23rd day
of June, 1948, NOW, THEREFORE:,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOVill COUNCIL OF THE TOVm OF
EDG~VATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That from the canvass of the Returns, it
'is hereby declared that the result of the Special Election held
in the Tovm of Edgewater, Florida, on June 22nd, 1948, is

elected and qualified.
SECTION 3. That the Tovm Clerk of said Tovvn be and
he is hereby directed to furnish one certificate of election
to Edwin P. Full er vvi thin one day from the date of the
passage of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was introduced by

a Roll Call vote being taken the same was declared adopted
